Authentic Sevayya

Ingredients :-
*  Sevayya's
*  oil
*  water
*  Mustard seeds
*  Curry  leaves
*  Onion
*  Green Chillies
*  Corinder

Recipe :-

Take one pan, boil the Sevayya's, put oil in it while boiling. Take another pan, put little oil in it, add some mustard seeds in it, put curry leaves than add finely chopped onion  in it and stir it well till it become reddish brown in colour and add green chopped chilly than add boil Sevayya's  in it.
Than add those boiled Sevayya's  into that mixture and stir it well, cook it for 2 minutes and than for garnished it with Corinder.  And than yummy Sevayya's ready.

Chicken pasta

Ingredients

*  pasta
*  chicken
*  onions
*  tomatoes
*  coriander
*  chillies
*  gram masala
*  turmeric
*  dalchini
*  black pepper
*  oil
*  water

Recipe

1) Keep two pans on flame boil enough water in both,in one add pasta and also add little  oil in it while boiling pasta,in 2nd pan add chicken.
2) chopp onion,tomato, coriander, saute onion, tomato and chillies.
3) add boil chicken and to it,and add garam masala,turmeric powder, dalchini,black pepper,stir it well and keep cooking for 20min.
4) serve it hot and garnish it with coriander.

Crab chilli

Ingredients
*  crabs
*  onion
*  tomato
*  turmeric powder
*  salt
*  coriander
*  chillies
*  ginger garlic paste
*  1/2 glass water

Recipe
The first thing we should do is clean the crabs. Then keep a pan let it  heat for a while then put oil and fry chopped onion till it turns red in colour,  after that add chopped tomatoes and chillies in it. Now add the cleaned crabs into the pan with turmeric  powder, salt ,ginger garlic paste,soya sauce, garam masala, then put half glass water and let it cook for 20 m.

Macrel cutlets

Ingredients

*  5 Macrels
*  5 onions
*   Coriander
*  1 egg
*   2 or 3 Chills
*  1 and 1/2 teaspoon  ginger paste
*  2 teaspoon garam Masala
*  1 teaspoon turmeric powder
*  1 teaspoon salt
*  Oil
 
Recipe
The first step is to clean macrel and boil them after boiling separate the meat from the macrel and add chopped onions , Coriander, Chills , blackpepper , ginger garlic paste , garam masala , turmeric powder , rava and egg in it and marinate and give the shape you want and fry.
